Sx
  • age 20~50
  • wide spread chronic musculoskeletal pain that improves with exercise
  • chronic fatigue
  • headache
Signs
  • painful trigger points on trapezius, lateral epicondyle
  • no signs of inflammation
  • normal lab findings
Tx
  • TCAs (amitriptyline, ...)
  • Skeletal m. relaxants (cyclobenzaprine, ...)
